[BanList] Comenzi

Mai jos voi afisa comenzile de ban, unele comenzi sunt putin diferite fata de un sistem de ban clasic:

amx_banmenu - displays ban menu
amx_banhistorymenu - displays ban history menu
amx_bandisconnectedmenu - displays ban disconnected menu
amx_flaggingmenu - displays flagging menu
amx_reloadadmins - reloads admins
amx_reloadreasons - reloads reasons
amx_ban  <SteamID | Nickname | #userid> <Time in Minutes> <Reason> <SteamID> <IP> - bans
amx_banip <SteamID | Nickname | #userid> <Time in Minutes> <Reason> <SteamID> <IP> - bans
amx_unban <SteamID or IP> - unbans
amx_list - sends players' infos to the web

To ban a disconnected player via the "amx_ban" command, you need to specify in the second argument a nickname and specify a SteamID or IP in the fourth or/and fifth argument(s), of course you can specify both of them, but it is not necessary.
To ban a connected player you do not have to specify two last arguments, they will be ignored.

Ex: amx_banip gigi 0 aim (ban permanent)
